Brent Maxwell

Brent is a founding partner of PSE with a diverse business background. He has experience with international fortune 500 companies as well as 30+ years in engineering. He has utilized his skills preparing feasibility studies, developing business plans, auditing, contracting, and marketing. Brent holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Brent loves languages, and has studied seven foreign languages and is fluent in two. He enjoys engineering a better world. 

Under his leadership, PSE has maintained a highly trusted, responsive, and dynamic atmosphere as a full-service engineering firm. One of the most significant projects PSE executed while Brent was president was a $300 million TIC gas plant retrofit upgrade. 

Brent’s work with PSE has taken him all over the globe. Over the course of five years, PSE worked on a modular refinery in the UAE, with Brent serving as the contract manager and negotiator for the project. Brent worked alongside world renowned oil experts, project managers, and purchasing agents, travelling to Dubai, Bahrain, Fujairah, Sharjah, London, Germany, France, and Greece, and coordinating with companies in the UAE, Russia, Korea, Europe, the Mediterranean, and the USA.
