Although each project has different needs, our preferred method of project delivery is Complete Owner’s Representative Engineering (CORE). Our project process is flexible, and we adjust it according to the needs of individual projects including providing simple design engineering to construction management to complete owner representation. Our CORE process is impressive in its ability to provide accurate designs, reduce costs, assist contractors in understanding project elements, reduce change orders, deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal disruption to the client’s regular tasks. While not a traditional EPC approach, we take projects from inception to completion as an extension of client staff to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
As a consulting engineering firm, PSE is constantly striving to create greater value for our clients. We implement and streamline our work through Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) on large, complex projects. On smaller jobs that move quickly we implement AWP principles that help to define appropriate work packages, expedite necessary elements and simplify complexities. We utilize cutting edge 3D modeling and work directly with contractors and fabricators to shorten the design process, reduce errors and enhance quality.
